Water Neutrality Reports

Increasingly we are hearing of planning authorities requiring this condition to be met and it can be quite a challenge if you don't have the experience, and knowledge of water use and technology, to be able to produce an acceptable report. CGS Civils have responded to customer requests to assist them in proving that their development will use no more water than the site used prior to construction, and we now produce Water Neutrality Reports on a daily basis.

Demand for Water Neutrality Reports started out with a few requests and we had to do a lot of research. We also learned from any feedback received after submitting reports, and reacted when revisions came into force. I'm sure that the regulations will continue to evolve and we will keep on top of the latest developments. The reports are now a permanent part of our range of services and we expect to be helping customers with advice and technical solutions for water use for many years into the future.
